Velocity Lab System (VLS) Terms of Service

Effective from: 2 November 2026. Version: 1.0.

Section 1. General provisions and Service Provider details

  1. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the Velocity Lab System web application (the “App”), available at https://app.velocitylabsystem.com, and the rules for concluding and performing contracts for the supply of digital services in the App. They constitute terms of service within the meaning of Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services.
  2. The Service Provider is Aneta Kordyś, trading as Velocity Lab System (Velocitylabsystem) as a private individual carrying out non-registered business activity under Article 5 of the Polish Entrepreneurs’ Law, correspondence address: ul. Augustowska 76/16, 54-112 Wrocław, Poland, email: velocitylabsystem@gmail.com (the “Service Provider”, “we”).
  3. Paid access is sold by Paddle.com Market Limited, Judd House, 18–20 Church Street, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 1AB, United Kingdom (“Paddle”), acting as reseller and Merchant of Record (see Section 7 and the Payment, Subscription and Refund Policy).
  4. These Terms are available free of charge, without logging in, at [https://app.velocitylabsystem.com/terms], in a form that can be downloaded, saved and printed.
  5. Contact (including complaints and data protection matters): velocitylabsystem@gmail.com and the “Report a problem” form in the App.

Section 2. Definitions

Section 3. Services available in the App

  1. The Service Provider provides the following services electronically:
  2. maintaining the Account and Player profiles;
  3. access to training content: Ball Mastery, athletic training (courses A/B, plyometrics, foam rolling), VLS React (stimuli: colours, numbers, tasks) and the metronome;
  4. athletic tests measured with a stopwatch, from a video recording, automatically (phone camera) or with several linked phones;
  5. training plans, tasks from a Coach, a calendar, bookings for personal training sessions, results and progress, and age-group rankings;
  6. tools for Coaches and Academies: groups, invitations, result approval and surveys;
  7. a wellbeing questionnaire (optional, requires separate consent – Privacy Policy, point 4);
  8. contact forms and problem reporting.
  9. The Parent Account is free. The demo version (“Demo”) is free and does not store data on the server.
  10. Every new Player profile, every Coach Account and every Academy pilot receives a 30-day Free Trial with full access. After it ends, the full features require Paid Access according to the price list in the App. A Coach uses the App free of charge when at least 5 of their Players have active Paid Access (paid by a Parent, an adult Player or under a Club Licence); otherwise they may buy the Solo Plan. The price list also sets out discounts (e.g. for a second child in the family and with a Club Code).
  11. The App is for education and training. It does not include live one-to-one coaching or medical services. Personal training sessions booked with a Coach through the booking feature take place under a separate agreement between the Player (Parent) and the Coach. The Service Provider is not a party to that agreement and does not take payments for those sessions.

Section 4. Technical requirements and security

  1. To use the App you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox) with JavaScript enabled and an email address (not needed for a Child’s phone).
  2. Some features require browser permission to use the camera (automatic and video measurements) or the microphone (voice commands, start signals). You do not have to use them – all other features work without these permissions.
  3. Using online services involves typical risks such as malware, phishing or account takeover. Users should protect their password, not share it and keep their software up to date. We will never ask for your password in a message.
  4. Users must not provide unlawful content, including content that infringes other people’s personal rights or copyright.

Section 5. Account, age of Users and rules of use

  1. The contract for maintaining an Account is concluded when the Account is created and these Terms are accepted. It is free of charge and concluded for an indefinite period.
  2. An Account may be created by an adult or by a person aged 16 or over. A Player aged 16–17 may create an Account and give consents concerning their own data (Article 8 GDPR), but Paid Access for them is bought by a Parent or another adult.
  3. The profile of a Player under 16 is created and managed by a Parent on the Parent’s Account. The Parent gives consents on the child’s behalf, decides which Coach may see which of the child’s data and may link a Child’s phone to the profile.
  4. The Parent is responsible for how the child uses the App, including supervision of training, its intensity and safety (Section 8).
  5. If a Player under 16 joins the App with a Coach’s code or link without a Parent, the profile works in limited mode until a Parent approves it: we store only the first name, year of birth, team and the Parent’s email address given by the child, and the wellbeing questionnaire, body measurements and data sharing with the Coach are switched off. The Parent receives an email asking them to approve the profile. If the Parent does not approve it within 30 days, we delete the profile and its data. The Free Trial runs from the date the profile was created.
  6. Users must provide true information, in particular the Player’s year of birth (exercises and age-group rankings depend on it).
  7. An Account is personal. Login details must not be shared, and one Account must not be used by several Players or Coaches. Each Player has their own profile.
  8. Users must not:
  9. use the App in breach of the law, these Terms or good practice;
  10. disrupt the App, in particular by introducing malware, attempting unauthorised access, scanning security or scraping data;
  11. impersonate others, including a Coach or Parent;
  12. send spam or advertising without the recipient’s consent;
  13. enter false results to change rankings.

Section 6. Copyright and licence

  1. The App, its code, design, logos, texts, videos, training plans and methodology are protected by copyright and belong to the Service Provider or to persons who have licensed them to the Service Provider.
  2. The Service Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the App for their own non-commercial training (for Coaches and Academies – also to train their own Players), for the duration of the contract and within the scope of the access paid for.
  3. The licence does not cover: copying or distributing videos or materials, showing them publicly outside training with your own Players, selling or reselling access, modifying or decompiling the code (within the limits permitted by law) or building competing products based on the App.
  4. Content added by a User (e.g. their own exercises, descriptions, messages) remains theirs. The User grants the Service Provider a non-exclusive licence to the extent needed to store it and display it in the App to the people the User has shared it with.

Section 7. Free Trial, payments and Soft Lock

  1. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
  2. Prices in the App’s price list include tax. Users in Poland see prices in Polish zloty (PLN); in other countries prices are shown in the currency and amount set for that country. The final price is shown in the checkout before you confirm the purchase.
  3. By placing an order, the User concludes a sales contract with Paddle under Paddle’s Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) and a contract for the supply of a digital service with the Service Provider under these Terms.
  4. The Free Trial lasts 30 days from the creation of the Player profile, the Coach Account or the start of the Academy pilot. It is available once per Player profile; a Parent who takes over a profile created earlier by the child or a Coach does not receive a new Free Trial. We charge nothing during the Free Trial, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends unless the User has bought Paid Access.
  5. The Service Provider makes the service available as soon as Paddle confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes.
  6. Paid Access can be bought at any time. If Paid Access is bought during the Free Trial, the payment is taken immediately and the paid period starts when the Free Trial ends – you do not lose a single day. If a Prepayment is bought (e.g. with BLIK in Poland), the payment is taken immediately and the paid period starts when the Free Trial ends. Details are set out in the Payment, Subscription and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
  7. If there is no active Paid Access after the Free Trial or a paid period ends, the Account enters Soft Lock. The Account and data are kept. Still available: logging in, viewing history and results, downloading data, changing consents, deleting the Account, payments and invoices. Paused: training sessions and videos, Ball Mastery, athletic training, VLS React (stimuli and metronome), new tests and measurements, tasks and rankings. Features return as soon as Paddle confirms payment.
  8. If a Subscription renewal payment fails, the Account works without restrictions for 7 days and the App asks the User to update the payment method. After that, the Account enters Soft Lock until a successful payment.
  9. Soft Lock of a Coach’s Account does not pause access for the Coach’s Players who have active Paid Access – they keep training with the most recent plan. If the number of a Coach’s paying Players falls below 5, the Coach has 14 days to restore it or buy the Solo Plan, after which the Coach’s Account enters Soft Lock.
  10. We delete the data of an Account that remains in Soft Lock 24 months after the Soft Lock began, notifying the User by email at least 30 days in advance. Until then, the User can download their data or resume Paid Access.

Section 8. Health and training safety

  1. The exercises in the App involve physical effort. Like any sports training, they carry a risk of overload or injury.
  2. The materials are educational and are not medical or physiotherapy advice. Consult a doctor before starting training, especially after an injury, during illness or if you have any symptoms.
  3. Perform the exercises as instructed, on a suitable surface, in a safe environment and with suitable equipment. Children should train under adult supervision. Stop training in case of pain, dizziness or feeling unwell.
  4. Measurement results (e.g. automatic camera measurements) are indicative and may differ from measurements made with professional equipment.
  5. The Service Provider is not liable for damage resulting from performing exercises contrary to the instructions or to sound training practice. This does not exclude or limit the Service Provider’s liability for personal injury or for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

Section 9. Coaches and Academies

  1. Coaches and Academies may use Players’ data only to the extent the Player or Parent has shared it with them (separately for each Coach, and separately for test results, profile, plan and wellbeing questionnaire), and only to run training.
  2. Coaches and Academies must keep Players’ data confidential, must not copy it outside the App without a legal basis and must not use it for purposes unrelated to training.
  3. When inviting Players (by code or link), the Coach tells them or their Parents that they use the VLS App.
  4. The Service Provider is the controller of data processed in the App. Coaches and Academies receive Players’ data as recipients, to the extent shared by the Player or Parent. If a Coach or Academy processes this data outside the App (e.g. in the club’s own records), it does so as a separate controller and on its own responsibility. The Club Licence and Academy pilot are governed by the Club Licence Terms, which form part of these Terms.
  5. A Coach or Academy buying access in connection with their business does not have Consumer rights unless they are a sole trader with consumer rights.

Section 10. Availability of the App and liability

  1. The Service Provider makes every effort to keep the App running continuously and without errors but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Technical breaks may occur, for example due to updates or failures of service providers. Longer planned breaks are announced in the App in advance where possible.
  2. The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions and errors caused by the User (e.g. no internet connection, an outdated browser, camera permission not granted) or by force majeure.
  3. Towards Users who are neither Consumers nor sole traders with consumer rights, the Service Provider’s liability is limited to actual loss and to the amount paid for access in the last 12 months, except for damage caused intentionally.
  4. Towards Consumers, the Service Provider’s liability is governed by law and is not limited by these Terms.

Section 11. Conformity of the service and complaints

  1. The Service Provider is liable to Consumers and sole traders with consumer rights for the conformity of the digital service with the contract throughout its supply, in accordance with Chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
  2. If the service does not conform, the User may request that it be brought into conformity. If this is impossible, does not happen within a reasonable time or the lack of conformity is significant, the User may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract, as provided by law.
  3. Complaints can be sent by email to velocitylabsystem@gmail.com or through the “Report a problem” form in the App. Please include the Account email address, a description of the problem, the date it occurred and, if possible, a screenshot.
  4. The Service Provider replies to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it, by email. If we do not reply within that time, the complaint is deemed accepted (Article 7a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
  5. Payment-only matters (e.g. a double charge) can also be raised directly with Paddle at https://paddle.net.

Section 12. Right of withdrawal

  1. Consumers and sole traders with consumer rights may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason.
  2. In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, the Service Provider gives every User 14 days from each payment (the first payment, each renewal and each Prepayment) to get that payment refunded without giving a reason and without deductions (VLS Guarantee).
  3. How to withdraw and obtain a refund, and the model withdrawal form, are set out in the Payment, Subscription and Refund Policy.

Section 13. Changes to the App

  1. The Service Provider may develop the App, update and replace materials and add features.
  2. A change that significantly and negatively affects the User’s access to a paid service requires advance notice (by email or in the App). In that case, a Consumer may terminate the contract within 30 days of the change and receive a refund of the price for the unused period.

Section 14. Termination, suspension and deletion of the Account

  1. The User may delete the Account at any time in the App (“My data and account” → “Delete account”) or by email. Before deletion, the App cancels any active Subscription. Any unused paid period is lost unless a refund is due under the Payment, Subscription and Refund Policy. Cancelling a Subscription does not delete the Account – after the paid period ends, the Account enters Soft Lock.
  2. The Service Provider may suspend an Account or terminate the contract for valid reasons, in particular if the User materially or repeatedly breaches these Terms, endangers the security of the App or other Users, or commits fraud (e.g. abuse of the Free Trial or the referral programme). Non-payment is not a reason for termination – it only leads to Soft Lock (Section 7).
  3. Before suspending or terminating, the Service Provider asks the User to stop the breach, unless the breach is serious or threatens security. Termination towards a Consumer takes effect after 14 days’ notice, or immediately in the case of a serious breach.
  4. After the contract ends, the User may download their data (“Download my data”) until the Account is deleted.

Section 15. Changes to these Terms

  1. The Service Provider may change these Terms for valid reasons: changes in the law, decisions or rulings of authorities, changes in the scope or method of providing the services, a change of payment provider or the need to ensure security.
  2. The Service Provider informs Users of changes by email or in the App at least 14 days before they take effect. A User who does not accept the changes may terminate the contract before that date. Changes do not apply to a period already paid for in a way that is unfavourable to the User.

Section 16. Final provisions

  1. Contracts concluded under these Terms are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive a Consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they habitually reside.
  2. Disputes with Consumers are resolved by the competent court. Consumers may also use the out-of-court dispute resolution bodies available in their country of residence; Consumers in Poland may use the free help of municipal or district consumer ombudsmen and the permanent consumer arbitration courts at the provincial Trade Inspection offices (https://prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl).
  3. These Terms do not exclude or limit the rights of Consumers and sole traders with consumer rights under mandatory provisions of law. In the event of any conflict, those provisions prevail.
  4. The following form part of these Terms: the Payment, Subscription and Refund Policy, the Cookie and Device Storage Policy, the Referral Programme Terms and the Club Licence Terms. The Privacy Policy is an information document.
  5. These Terms take effect on 2 November 2026.

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you. Age-appropriate exercise selection and suggested plans are suggestions you can change.

10. Cookies and device storage

The App stores on your device only information needed for it to work. Details: Cookie and Device Storage Policy.

11. Changes to this policy

We will inform you of significant changes in the App or by email. The current version is always available at [https://app.velocitylabsystem.com/privacy].

Payment, Subscription and Refund Policy

Effective from: 2 November 2026. This policy forms part of the VLS Terms of Service. In short: everyone starts with 30 days free with no card, then pays monthly or yearly through Paddle, can cancel the subscription at any time and can get any payment refunded within 14 days without giving a reason.

1. Who sells

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes payments, issues invoices and receipts, handles taxes (e.g. VAT) and provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Purchases are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms. The VLS service is provided by Aneta Kordyś (Terms of Service, Section 1).

2. Free Trial

  1. Every new Player profile, every Coach Account and every Academy pilot gets 30 days of full access free of charge. No card is required.
  2. The Free Trial is available once per Player profile. A Parent who takes over a profile created earlier by the child or a Coach does not get a new 30 days.
  3. Nothing is charged automatically after 30 days. If you do not buy access, the Account enters Soft Lock (point 6). We will send you a reminder 5 days before the Free Trial ends.

3. Prices and payment methods

  1. Current prices are shown in the App’s price list (“Pricing” tab) and at [https://app.velocitylabsystem.com/pricing]. Prices include tax. In Poland prices are in Polish zloty; in other countries in the currency and amount shown in the price list for that country. The amount shown in the checkout before you confirm is final.
  2. Paid Access can be bought as: - a Subscription, monthly or yearly – paid by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay; it renews automatically until you cancel it; - a Prepayment for 1 or 12 months – in Poland paid with BLIK; it does not renew automatically.
  3. The price list also sets out the discount for a second child in the family, the price with a Club Code, the Solo Plan for Coaches and the Club Licence.
  4. When we reduce a price, we also show the lowest price from the 30 days before the reduction.
  5. Price changes do not affect a period already paid for. We will tell you about a Subscription price increase at least 30 days before the next renewal – you can then cancel the Subscription at no cost.

4. Buying during the Free Trial and after it

  1. Subscription bought during the Free Trial: the payment is taken immediately and the paid period starts when the Free Trial ends – you do not lose a single day. You will see the start and end dates of the paid period before purchase. You can get the payment refunded within 14 days (section 7).
  2. Prepayment bought during the Free Trial: the payment is taken immediately and the paid period starts when the Free Trial ends – you do not lose a single day.
  3. Purchase after the Free Trial (from Soft Lock): the payment is taken immediately and access returns as soon as Paddle confirms it.
  4. A Parent (or another adult) pays for a Player who is a minor. Each Player profile has one payer: the Parent, the adult Player or the Academy under a Club Licence.

5. Subscription: renewal and cancellation

  1. The Subscription renews automatically for the same period, and Paddle charges the saved payment method on the renewal date until you cancel.
  2. We send a reminder email at least 7 days before a yearly Subscription renews.
  3. You can cancel the Subscription at any time, at no cost and without giving a reason, with one click in the App: “My data and account” → “Payments” → “Cancel subscription”. You can also use the link in Paddle’s email, the https://paddle.net website or write to velocitylabsystem@gmail.com.
  4. Cancellation stops further payments. Access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the Account enters Soft Lock. Cancelling does not delete the Account or your data.
  5. We send a reminder before a Prepayment ends. If you do not pay for the next period, the Account enters Soft Lock.

6. Failed payment and Soft Lock

  1. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries it over the following days and informs you by email. For 7 days after the failed payment the Account works without restrictions and the App asks you to update your payment method.
  2. After 7 days without a successful payment the Account enters Soft Lock.
  3. In Soft Lock the Account and all data are kept. Available: logging in, viewing history and results, downloading data, changing consents, deleting the Account, payments and invoices. Paused: training sessions and videos, Ball Mastery, athletic training, VLS React (stimuli and metronome), new tests and measurements, tasks and rankings.
  4. Access returns as soon as a payment succeeds.
  5. We delete the data of an Account in Soft Lock 24 months after the Soft Lock began. We notify you by email at least 30 days in advance.

7. VLS Guarantee – 14-day refund, no reason needed

  1. Any payment – the first payment, every Subscription renewal (monthly and yearly) and every Prepayment – can be refunded within 14 days of being taken, without giving a reason and without deductions, even if you have already used the App.
  2. Regardless of the deadline, we refund money when: - due to a technical error on our side you could not use the paid access and we did not fix it within a reasonable time (a proportional refund for the time without access or a full refund – in accordance with Section 11 of the Terms of Service); - you paid twice for the same thing; - a payment was made without your consent (after verification by Paddle).
  3. After a refund, the refunded access ends and the Account enters Soft Lock. The Account and data are kept.
  4. Paddle makes the refund to the same payment method (for BLIK – to the account it was paid from), usually within 5–10 working days of approval and no later than 14 days. The refund is made in the currency of payment.
  5. We may refuse a refund in the case of fraud or repeated abuse of refunds (e.g. repeatedly buying and refunding the same access).

8. How to request a refund

9. Statutory right of withdrawal (consumers)

  1. If you are a Consumer or a sole trader with consumer rights, you may withdraw from the contract for Paid Access within 14 days of concluding it (from the date of purchase), without giving a reason. It is enough to send your statement before the deadline.
  2. When buying Paid Access you may request that we start providing the service before this period ends. Thanks to the guarantee in point 7 you lose no money by doing so: we will refund any payment in full if you ask within 14 days of it being taken.
  3. You can submit your statement via https://paddle.net (“Request refund”), by email to velocitylabsystem@gmail.com or using the form below. We will confirm receipt by email.
  4. You will receive the refund within 14 days of our receiving your statement, in full.

The Club Licence, the pilot and club billing are governed by the Club Licence Terms. The Academy receives an invoice from Paddle. An Academy buying as a business has no statutory right of withdrawal, but the guarantee in point 7 applies.

11. Payment disputes

Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us or Paddle – we can usually resolve the matter faster. Paid access may be paused while a chargeback is being investigated.

Cookie and Device Storage Policy

Effective from: 2 November 2026. The App does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores on your device only information needed for it to work, so it does not show a consent banner (EU ePrivacy rules and Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law do not require consent for information strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested).

1. What cookies and device storage are

Cookies are small files saved by a website in your browser. Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), which the App uses, works in a similar way. Below we call both “device storage”.

2. What we store

What Why How long
Login token (Supabase) Keeping you logged in Until you log out or the session expires
Copy of Account data and settings (“vls.…” keys) Speed and working offline on the pitch; syncing when back online Until you log out (logging out removes Account data from the device) or the Account is deleted
Language, currency, exchange rates, stopwatch settings Remembering your choices Until you clear your browser data
Child’s phone code and marker Keeping the child’s phone linked to the Parent’s Account Until the phone is unlinked
Station identifier in multi-phone exercises (sessionStorage) Linking phones in one exercise Until the tab is closed
App error log Diagnosing and fixing errors reported by the User Latest entries, overwritten
Club offer marker from an invitation link Opening the right offer for the club Until you clear your browser data
Referral code from a referral link (“ref”, tab storage – sessionStorage) Assigning the registration to the referrer in the referral programme Until the tab is closed or registration is complete

We store the referral code in tab storage only when you arrive through a referral link, and only until registration is complete. It is used to provide the service you request (registering through a referral), so it does not require separate consent. After registration, the code is saved on the Account (Privacy Policy, point 2).

3. Third-party services

4. How to manage device storage

You can delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings (e.g. Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Delete browsing data; Safari: Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data). Blocking device storage will prevent you from logging in and using the App. Data saved on your Account stays on the server and returns when you log in again.

5. Changes

If we add analytics or marketing tools, we will first update this policy and ask for your consent through a banner with equally prominent “Accept” and “Reject” buttons.

VLS Referral Programme Terms

Effective from: 2 November 2026. These terms form part of the VLS Terms of Service. The programme is run by the Service Provider (Terms of Service, Section 1).

  1. Who can refer. A Parent or adult Player with active Paid Access, and a Coach. The referrer shares their referral link or code from the App.
  2. Who can be referred. A person who has never had an Account in the App. The referred person creates an Account from the link or enters the code when registering. They get the standard 30-day Free Trial, with no extra discount.
  3. Reward for a Parent or adult Player: 1 month of Paid Access free for each referred family that makes its first successful payment, up to 3 months per calendar year.
  4. Reward for a Coach: 1 month of the Solo Plan free (or, if the Coach uses the App free of charge, another benefit shown in the App) for every further 5 Players who joined through the Coach’s referral and made their first successful payment, up to 6 months per calendar year.
  5. When we grant the reward. 14 days after the referred person’s first payment, provided it has not been refunded. The reward extends Paid Access (it moves the next payment date or the end of the Prepayment). Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
  6. Not allowed. You cannot refer yourself or create fake accounts. The referred person must have a different email address and a different payment method from the referrer. Referral links must not be sent as spam or used in paid ads impersonating VLS.
  7. Abuse. If these rules are broken, the Service Provider may withhold or withdraw a reward and exclude the referrer from the programme, after informing them by email.
  8. Ending the programme. The programme may be changed or ended for valid reasons with 14 days’ notice in the App. Rewards due for payments made before the change will still be granted.
  9. Data. How we process data in the programme is described in the Privacy Policy (point 2).
  10. Complaints. As in Section 11 of the Terms of Service.

VLS Club Licence Terms

Effective from: 2 November 2026. These terms form part of the VLS Terms of Service and apply to Academies (clubs, football schools and other organisations) that buy access for their Players.

  1. Pilot. An Academy may use a free 30-day pilot once, for any number of Players and Coaches. The pilot requires no card and does not turn automatically into a paid Licence. At the end, the Academy receives a report on the group’s activity and test results (Players’ data to the extent shared by them or their Parents).
  2. Club Licence. The Academy buys a set number of places for 12 months, at least 10 places. The price per place is shown in the price list (lower above the number of places stated there); an individual offer is possible for large Academies. Payment is handled by Paddle, which issues an invoice to the Academy.
  3. Places. An authorised person at the Academy assigns places to Players in the club panel. One place = one Player profile. A freed place can be assigned to another Player. Additional places during the licence period are charged pro rata until the end of that period; reducing the number of places takes effect from the next period.
  4. Parents. The Parent of a Player with a club place does not pay for access and sees in the App that the club pays for it. If the Parent already had their own Subscription, it is cancelled at the end of the paid period, and from the next day access is provided by the club place; the Parent keeps the refund guarantee in the Payment Policy (point 7).
  5. Coaches. Coaches of an Academy with a Club Licence use the App free of charge.
  6. Club Code. An Academy that has not bought a Club Licence may give Parents a Club Code. A Parent with a Club Code pays for access themselves at the lower price in the price list. The Academy is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for Parents’ payments.
  7. Players’ data. The Service Provider is the controller of data in the App. The Academy and its Coaches see Players’ data only to the extent shared by the Player or Parent and use it only to run training (Terms of Service, Section 9).
  8. Non-renewal. If the Academy does not renew the Club Licence, Players with club places get 30 days of full access to switch to their own Paid Access (the Parent is informed by email). After that their Accounts enter Soft Lock. Players’ history and results stay with their profiles.
  9. Academy as a business. An Academy buying as a business has no statutory right of withdrawal; the 14-day refund guarantee on every payment applies. The limitation of liability towards businesses is set out in Section 10 of the Terms of Service.
  10. Acceptance. The person ordering the Licence confirms that they are authorised to act on behalf of the Academy and accepts these Terms in the club panel before payment.
